TRAIL: Troubles are piling up

In regards to “Trails to the North:” Have you ever walked that trail in 2 feet of snow? And you want to extend it? Or biked it? Who should be responsible for “plowing” the trail?

Since CityLink has unfavorably changed their bus routes, many of us have the necessity to walk that trail without any plowing on the trail. And then again, the snow plowers plowing I-95 push all the snow onto the trail which makes it even more difficult to walk. Since CityLink cut their routes maybe they should have the responsibility to plow this area?
