CANCER: Reader appreciates series

I just wanted to say thank you to Press staff for your recent articles about cancer and some amazing people who are cancer survivors and the others who are still battling this monster.

I am a survivor. Thirty-two years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer at the age of 22. Cancer did not scare me. I still to this day believe that if you have the faith to beat cancer, you will beat it. After two surgeries and months of radiation treatments, I beat it! Keep up the good work!
