Local gardener featured in national magazine

Post Falls resident and green thumb Stacey Bishop was featured in this year's Container Gardening, a national yearly magazine.

Ten pages are dedicated to Bishop's gardening abilities and passion for container gardens.

Bishop, who manages a garden center in Spokane, has also been featured in The Press and formerly wrote a garden column for The Press.

She formerly owned Petal Pushers Nursery in Coeur d'Alene for 14 years.

Bishop's flower-filled yard can be seen during the summer from the westbound Interstate 90 exit at Spokane Street in Post Falls.
