RECALL: Ignore the malcontents

The recall effort presently under way amounts to harassment of duly elected public servants carried out by a group of malcontents who want to circumvent the electoral process with a baseless recall measure. Recall is a process reserved for malfeasance, legal chicanery and/or gross ethical breaches. Do any of these apply here? No, of course not. None of the public servants who are the target of this baseless recall have done anything wrong, improper or other than what they were elected to do. This is simple harassment on the order of the infamous Jim Brannon “sore loser” case and with even less basis — and it will be as expensive in taxpayer time and money.

The CAVEers (Citizens Against Virtually Everything) are a public nuisance and I call on my fellow citizens to join in refusing to sign their petition. Decline to Sign.
