LAUNCH: Parking elimination kills it

Well folks, we have just lost the Third Street boat launch. With the vote to eliminate the boat parking by the launch, people will soon decide that launching and leaving their boat there, driving another several blocks, being sure to remember that everything is in the vehicle that should go in the boat and walking back isn’t worth the hassle and will find a more friendly way to get their boat into the lake or give up on Lake Coeur d’Alene altogether.

Then in their wisdom, the McEuen remake advocates will crow about how right they were and how the number of people using the Third Street launch doesn’t merit keeping it where it is. Pretty clever, right?
