GREEN: Support then - and now

I wrote a letter two years ago and endorsed Dan Green for Kootenai County Commissioner because I knew he was a fair man and had a good heart. Now everyone has learned just how good a manager he is as well. He has made changes that have saved the county 170K/year in trash pickup costs — while adding recycling! He has negotiated indigent care costs with Kootenai Medical Center to save another 200K/year. I could go on and on. In these tough times Dan Green has cut costs and increased services at the county. We need to keep a manager like Dan.
