SPEEDERS: Slow down, save lives

First, I'd like to thank our police department for doing their best in slowing down this problem we have here on our street. I live on West Neider Avenue here in Coeur d'Alene between Howard and Fruitland avenues. It's a new street, and the cars are just going too fast. Just this morning as I'm writing this, I counted four out of five cars and trucks going over the speed limit.
Friends, it's 25 mph. Come on people, you will get a ticket if you get caught, and I hope you do. It's just a matter of time before someone gets hurt. I walk my dog on the sidewalk and have almost been hit a few times crossing the street. Come, friends, slow down! I thank you again for the help of our police department.
