KROC: Wrong target of lawsuit

"Suing the Kroc Center," how wrong is that? They have been a life-changing community partner since the first day their doors opened. They are not a big bottomless pit that should be viewed as a "meal ticket."

I recently viewed an accident of someone falling off a treadmill. I could not believe how fast the staff, first aid and management professionals responded to this situation. Even after the person was cared for I saw the staff continue to comfort this person and take an accident report. If I was ever going to need assistance I am glad that I am a member of the Kroc Center. Shame on the person trying to go after them. This affects the entire community in a negative way.
