KROC: Lawsuit brings out worst

I think the lawsuit filed against the Kroc Center is a Kroc (Sept. 2). If an accident occurred, seems to me that both parties were "not paying attention to their surroundings or those around them" and therefore both are guilty of "negligence."

The reasons listed for the lawsuits are absolutely ridiculous; "loss of enjoyment of life," "loss of consortium;" "inability to engage in normal activities."

C'mon folks, this Kroc Center is exactly what our community wanted, needed and were blessed to have. The Kroc Center has been such a benefit to our community and so gracious to scholarship numerous families. This lawsuit is just another example of money hungry people who are lawsuit happy.

An accident is an accident. Pick yourself up, dust off and find something else to do with your time!
