Alan Robert Mallory, 65

The Mallory family is sad to announce the passing of their beloved husband, father and grandfather after a valiant decade long battle with cancer. Alan was born Sept. 7, 1945, in Brooklyn, N.Y.

He joined the Navy at 16 and after eight years, ended up in the Northwest living in Montana and for the past 23 years in Hauser.

Alan was a talented musician who enjoyed sharing this passion with all. However, his first love was always his family.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbye of 43 years; daughters Kay and Toni; sons-in-law Hans and Chuck; sons Ray and Alan; daughters-in-law Chris and Dorie; granddaughters Kristen, Chelsea, Dakotah and Jaycie; grandsons Lynn, Branden, Derek, Tyler and Sam; and great-grandson AJ.
