PRESS: Spare painful details

I have two (2) simple questions: Why is it OK for Fresh Start to release information on services provided to the Deshazer family? Whatever happened to client confidentiality? Shame on you, Fresh Start.

My heart goes out to the Deshazer family in their time of loss.

In the future, it is my hope that the wonderful people at your newspaper think twice about publishing sensitive information not directly related to a particular story.
