PRESS: Have a heart for family

The article on the Deshazer family appeared to be cruel to this poor family at a time they need all the support they can get. (Press Aug. 30)

I'm referring to the line about Fresh Start in particular and "mentally ill" being used in that article. This family is suffering terribly at this time and use of that phrase in this article has to hurt them. I was offended by it.

Fresh Start has their services available for those who need it, regardless but to imply "mentally ill" seems cruel by The Press.
