HEISEY: Makes huge difference

I would like to comment on the story in Sunday's paper regarding Darryl Heisey. We recently moved here from California where there is nowhere anyone will help or is willing to help our veterans. Our son, David, found Darryl over the Internet and referred his dad to make an appointment and speak with Darryl. That was the best day for us, as Darryl was super great in everything he has done and is still doing to help my husband regain some dignity after serving three tours in Vietnam.

Darryl understood where my husband was coming from and took the time to explain what he was entitled to, even filling out paperwork, and getting results. We can't say enough about Darryl and how he goes out of his way to help those in need.

It has been a gratifying experience for us to have someone like Darryl in our corner for once. We would not hesitate to refer anyone to him. Thank you doesn't seem enough to say about this caring person, but anyway thanks Darryl for all you do to help those in need. We are blessed to know you.
