DEMOCRATS: Have a hand in division too
According to Chad Solsvik, it is the Republicans and Republicans only that are dividing the nation. I hate to burst his bubble, but the president of the United States and leader of the free world is a Democrat. Additionally, the Senate is run by the Democrats. For a while, the Dems ran both House and Senate. Should I also mention that hosts on CNN, MSNBC, Comedy Central, ABC, CBS and NBC all seem to be strangely in favor of President Obama by their own admission? Should I mention Mediamatters, the Huffington Post and Moveon.org all are blatantly pro-Obama? So I ask, who really has more influence over the U.S.?
Solsvik also wrote that the GOP jumps at any chance to create a boogeyman. How many times have you heard President Barack Hussein Obama and the Democrats say "It's the big bankers and rich fat cats fault?" And I won't even mention the "it's Bush's fault," canned mantra used by all things Left Wing. I can't tell you how many. All I can tell you is that the Democrats and the Left Wing media all point the finger at "big bankers and the rich fat cats," and of course, Fox News. Sounds like a boogeyman to me. And who else was it that blamed "the rich and the fat cats?" Oh yeah, Karl Marx, Vlad Lenin, Leon Trotsky, the Weather Underground, the Communist Party U.S.A. and a couple of other marginally known people throughout history that were involved with revolutions and really loved the color red. I'm just saying.
Solsvik goes on to say that the Republicans and the "independent Libertarians" are now "targeting" the poor, gays, unions, immigrants and the EPA. Well, no, Mr. Solsvik, what they are "targeting" is the Democratic Party's use of and utilization of those groups. It is not the groups themselves it is the fact that the Democratic Party is having a field day by manipulating them into thinking they can't survive without the Democratic Party and then further mustering their collective anger in order to win the 2012 election. That is "our issue," Mr. Solsvik. Furthermore, you better do some more research on what Libertarian means because it has nothing to do with big business, an red, white and blue elephant, or Christianity.
Finally, but most importantly, Solsvik attacks Conservatives in true Saul Alinsky style by attempting to "hold them to their own standard," by saying "Jesus would want everyone to have health care." Well, Mr. Solsvik, actually Jesus instructed his disciples to place all their faith in God and to be unconcerned with the world and worldly possessions. I think that means, "don't bother worrying about health care, put your faith in God and if you die it's God's will and you will go to God." I'm no preacher, but I'm pretty sure I did read that in that there thing called the Bible.
Nice try, but you better go back and read "Rules For Radicals" one more time and come back with a new approach. Better yet, go read something on logic and common sense. It will do you more good.
