McEUEN: Time for a last resort

It seems the mayor of Coeur d'Alene does not consider that the recent election was a referendum on McEuen. She intends to continue onward with plans to spend $39-plus million without consulting her constituents through a referendum.

Maybe it is time to remove her honor and replace her with someone that realizes whom they work for (you). There is a term for removing an elected official in this way... it's right on the tip of my tongue, but I just can't RECALL.
