TREATS: Religion can be tasty
My letter is in response to Jackie Katz's Halloween article. When I read this last Sunday, I said to my husband, "she's talking about me." Yes, I did make up baggies filled with balloons, crayons, scratch paper, a stencil, candy and of course the pamphlet explaining how anyone can have a personal relationship with the Creator of the Universe. I apologize if I stepped on anyone's toes, I'm just trying to get the message out that the time is definitely later than we think!
My husband and I were fortunate enough to be given tickets to the Chuck Missler's Conference for two days at The Resort in Coeur d'Alene last Friday and Saturday. He had nine very intelligent men in their field of expertise talk about what is coming upon the world. Most people who love to study the Scriptures are aware of this but not to this extent, mainly because we've read the Book and know the ending, where the average man or woman hasn't a clue!
I'm so happy I passed out those pamphlets because Yahweh (God) and His Son, Yahshua (Jesus) is our only hope in these last days. I wish I could tell you what each of these men said and you would know how close we are to the end of life as we know it. Please get your heart right with the Father and get ahold of the CD's to hear the whole conference and be informed.
