PRIORITIES: Save some for needy

As we smile about our great city and continue to upgrade roads' bike paths, discuss new parks etc., perhaps some of these funds could be used to secure funding for warming shelters, food banks, clothing, even housing for our homeless or those of us that didn't make it check to check for WE may be next. Some of these are vets, brothers, sisters, mothers' children.
