Samuel Richard Sandow, born at 12 p.m. on May 14, 2011, to Tim and Sheri Sandow; also at home brothers Jacob and Timothy.

Samuel came into this world an angel. Even though we had to say goodbye to our baby, he touched our lives so incredibly. Samuel is greatly loved and missed by all.
