SEYMOUR: Here for all patrons

To all the citizens who voted on Tuesday, please accept my profound appreciation for your participation. Regardless of whom you may have supported, you let your voice be heard on the important issues facing our community and that was important.

To those of you who placed your trust in me and supported me with your vote, I offer my sincere gratitude and appreciation.

The election is now over and on July 1, my work as your Trustee for Zone 3 will commence, and knowing the challenges ahead, I assure you I am ready to deal with each and every one as they emerge.

However, it is important to note that even though I was elected to represent Zone 3, my responsibilities will be to all the students, parents, teachers and taxpayers in our school district. As such, I assure you I will never take my obligations as Trustee lightly and will always act in the best interests of our children and community.

Again, my sincere gratitude for all of your support and the opportunity you have given me to serve my community. I look forward to seeing all of you at the monthly board meetings.

In closing, I want to say a few words of appreciation to all of the wonderful people who worked so hard on my campaign. Each of you are very special to me. My appreciation and gratitude to each of you for your tireless efforts and generous giving of your personal time working on the campaign can never be expressed in words alone. God bless all of you and thank you so much!
