Clifton L. Curtis, 83

Clifton L. Curtis passed away May 16, 2011. He was born Feb. 29, 1928, in Pocatello to Clifton Curtis and Mildred Rehmer.

He graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in business. He served in the Marine Corp during World War II.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnn, after 55 years of marriage. He has four children, Robert Wade, Stephen Kent, Stephenie Ann and Daniel Mark. He also has eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

He taught high school in Pocatello and Central Valley in the Spokane Valley. He was also active in the real estate business. He was a member of the Gyro & Elks Club and the American Legion.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at St. Pius Church.

Yates Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of final arrangements.
