2. Experience: Michelle has 12 years and Dave has eight years on the board. At this critical time when new policies and laws must be implemented on short deadlines, their experience is essential.

3. Fiscal Responsibility: The Post Falls School District has been faced with declining revenues and increasing student population in the past few years. Michelle and Dave have worked to make necessary cuts without affecting the quality of education our kids receive.

4. Work Ethic: Michelle and Dave have demonstrated by their actions how seriously they take their positions. Their work for the children, not a misinformed special interest group, comes first. They have demonstrated their commitment to children through their volunteer actions over the years. Their opponents' lack of involvement makes one question their intentions.
