LEADERS: Common people are needed
When we listen to the experts explaining the problems we are facing, it is easy to see that they don't have a clue either! Here are a couple of my guesses; see what the readers think of them!
We are being led by a group of educated idiots who get paid for their diploma, not their contribution to our society. We have (as the old folks used to say) too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Each society can support some manipulators, but when they outnumber the workers, the entire structure fails from simple lack of production.
Our constitution set very strict limits on the role of the federal authority in an effort to prevent this from occurring! Educated people learned that these restrictions could be bypassed with a trick called federal funding that the states could be encouraged to take the responsibility with the promise of money, which comes from its own citizens anyway, and use the superior rights of the state to allow federal jurisdiction to grow beyond its limits! This procedure has brought us to the point of insolvency and the only hope of recovery is to bring the federal government back within its constitutional limits.
Fire all unelected regulators and let them find productive work which can be shown to have true economic value. Almost everyone knows that over-regulation is the most destructive problem that our economy faces and that people so employed drive better and more expensive cars than the rest of us can afford. If these people were involved in some sort of productive labor and their salaries used to reduce the national debt, we would not have to try to rob the social security which we have already paid for to solve the debt problem. I won't even mention that the S.S. fund was the richest fund in the federal system until it was replaced by IOUs from yesterday's politicians.
It doesn't take a genius to see that we are ruled by well-trained Professional Liars and we need to elect farmers, loggers and construction workers to bring honesty and logic back into our society. These people are not as easy to find and don't show up in the headlines, but the value to be found is certainly worth the search!
