FILLIOS: East Side needs him

Chris Fillios is a levelheaded, approachable, qualified and "ready to serve" individual who wants to be your new East Side Highway District Commissioner from Sub-district 1. Though this race has become extremely contentious, Chris has maintained a focused, open and honest campaign, willingly sharing his research and fact-based comments when asked.

Chris Fillios has lived in ESHD for well over a decade. He is very familiar with the roads serviced by this district and has been actively involved in the community for many years. He has volunteered hundreds of hours in support of a wide range of issues throughout the area; he knows well this community and the people who live here.

Chris uses his high-level education and past experience in business management as a basis for understanding that ESHD needs qualified commissioners to run efficiently and effectively. The diversity of this district requires someone familiar with numerous aspects of administration, and Chris brings that with his candidacy. At a time when some people do not stand on what is true, it is refreshing to watch Chris maintain a consistent professionalism to the finding of facts before sharing information.

Going forward, East Side Highway District will face significant challenges. Chris Fillios will serve the people with a gracious, honest and knowledgeable commitment. His realistic views on the strategic goals that must be achieved for ESHD will serve all in this community well.
