KINDNESS: It can happen anywhere

With so much negativity going on in the world and being reported all the time it seems that the positive and nice things are sometimes forgotten. So today I am writing to share my positive experience and hopefully remind everyone else to try to do something positive also.

One morning last week my daughter and I went to a local restaurant for breakfast before I had to head to work. We sat down and enjoyed our meal and when it came time to pay the bill I was informed it had already been taken care of. The waitress explained to me that an older gentleman had paid for it.

Of course by this time he was already gone but she had motioned to where he sat and I knew who she was talking about. It made my day and I am truly grateful for your act of kindness. I am a single mom and it is hard at times but you made it a great day. Since I cannot thank you in person I wanted to show my appreciation. So whether you read this or someone you know reads this THANK YOU! It is truly rewarding knowing there are people out there with hearts of gold and you showed me and my daughter.
