PRESS: Not ads - pornography
We have become increasingly disappointed in the content of the Stateline Showgirls advertising that you have been running in The Press, believing the ads are pornographic.
The World Book dictionary defines pornography as, "Writings or pictures dealing with sexual matters in a manner intended to incite lust and therefore considered obscene."
We believe Stateline Showgirls ads intend to incite lust. The content of these ads are becoming more and more bold. We do not think The Press should be publishing this type of adult entertainment advertising in a family paper. We do not appreciate it coming into our home.
For these reasons we ask that you refuse to run Stateline Showgirls advertising unless they discontinue the pornographic content.
