BILL: Illegal and discriminatory
What's so insidious about The Hate Crime Bill? It violates the First Amendment. It is illegal, unconstitutional and should be challenged because it is set up to discriminate from minor to absolute violence in its convictions.
This is wrong since it tramples freedom of speech. It stifles competition in the arena of ideas and mocks common sense.
Laws exist for all victims, attacked or slandered, to put violators in jail or get just compensation. Justice is blind and treated all men and women equal, until "hate crime" was slipped through on a military budget the last hour in the fall of 2009. Hate crimes picks and chooses with total discrimination.
Consider the recent beating of the transgendered woman at a McDonald's. Once the woman was identified as transgendered, the advocates of hate crime jumped all over it.
Where were they when it occurred? Where was the concern for Chrissy Lee Polis then? What happened to this person is hideous and the attackers should receive extended jail time.
We should be asking ourselves who advocates hate crimes and their agenda. Examples include Homosexual activists like Cindy Love and Muslims of various groups who want to prosecute or even execute anyone who speaks ill of Allah.
Look at our culture, with the hard hearts fueled by media violence, disrespect for authority and killing of future generations.
Onlookers were laughing when Ms. Polis was beaten, so is that considered hate?
