HONESTY: Here's a 21-dollar salute

On the morning of June 16, I stopped in at the Safeway market on Neider Avenue. As I hurried through the store to pick up a few items, I accidentally dropped $21 cash out of a larger amount, in my hand. Realizing that fact, as I proceeded to the checkout, I backtracked, but to no avail.

I mentioned it to the cashier, and he made a quick inquiry to the office. Sure enough, some anonymous citizen had found my money, and TURNED IT IN! I would have "bet" the other way, but was very happy I was wrong.

Thank you to whoever performed this act of honesty, as it confirms one's decision to live in North Idaho!
