Our husband, father and grandfather went home to Jesus on June 18, 2011. Dad was born in South Dakota, May 19, 1924, and spent most of his growing up years in Minnesota.
He joined the Navy during World War II, and served in the Army during the Korean War. After his military service, he worked for the Atomic Energy Commission in Los Alamos, N.M.
In 1956 we all moved to Idaho where dad worked with the Bureau of Land Management until he retired in 1979 in Kootenai County.
