Century 21 Beutler & Associates Coeur d'Alene Realtor earns award

Rick Carr, Realtor with Century 21 Beutler & Associates Coeur d'Alene office, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists.

Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4 percent of Realtors nationwide have earned this credential.

"Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict Realtors code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home," according to a press release.

In addition to earning the CRS designation, Carr has earned the esteemed Graduate of Realtor Institute designation, Accredited Buyer's Representative designation and GREEN designation.

Carr has lived in Coeur d'Alene for 20 years and has been a Realtor with Century 21 Beutler & Associates since 2003. He specializes in residential, waterfront and condominium properties.
