PO MESS: Don't blame poor dog

I too visited the Hayden Post Office on June 5 and witnessed and smelled the dog “business” left inside the post office. I hadn’t considered Rich Flinn’s point that a customer possibly left this while doing their business at the postal kiosk.
I thought a poor dog was either purposefully trapped inside the night before or a stray dog had come in with a customer and didn’t get out when the customer left, I think there was some lightning the previous evening so this dog may have been scared and seeking shelter.
I hope it was my latter account of this situation.
If it was either of the first two situations this should be “BAD HUMAN” if it was the third option, shame on the dog owner.
Bottom line, the dog was not at fault.
