SCHOOLS: Criticism in the wrong place

| June 1, 2011 10:00 PM

First, I'd like to apologize to Betty Ann Henderson and her husband for the way they were treated at a recent dinner event, held at a local church. Mr. Kratch violated ethical standards in many ways. First, he violated the church's policies of politics, putting that church in harm's way of losing their nonprofit standing. Second, he most likely violated his contract, by politicking at a school function.

He is a leader of the choir and they, the children, will follow his leadings in politics. He has that influence over these children as all teachers do.

Superintendent Jerry Keane better stand up and be the superintendent and stop these insulting ways and unethical standards his employees have taken. State Rep. Henderson is a state dignitary. Mr. Kratch is fulfilling end time prophecy by his actions. In 2 PETER 2:4-10, it says of how they will speak against and despise government, and are not afraid to speak evil against dignitaries. He used a church for his hate-filled speech, this needs to be addressed at multiple levels.

Again I apologize to the Hendersons for people's misdirected zeal.
