STREETS: City crew applauded

Finally... Every manhole cover and utility cover is reset to grade and the road is smooth. They got it right!

I drove down 15th Street after the repaving work was done and was amazed at the good work done by some intelligent workers. No more bumps from covers set below grade.

My hat is off to these men who did the work. I hope that they can teach the others who do the resetting how to do it properly.
