Susan H. Hilditch, 57

Susan H. Hilditch, beloved wife, mother and grandmother.

Born Nov. 12, 1953, in Seattle. Died July 26, 2011, in Liberty Lake, Wash.

She is survived by her husband of almost 38 years, Mark; children and spouses, Matthew and Julian, Bekah and Gabe, and Rachel and Kent; grandchildren, Shiloh and Egan, and brother Scott and wife Tawni.

She is also survived by hundreds of extended family members and friends who admired her and were deeply inspired by her courage, determination and deep abiding faith in Jesus.

She enjoyed camping, swimming, reading, HGTV, practical jokes and playing games with her family. Also, she managed office operations at North Idaho Dermatology for a decade and often volunteered in the community.

Susan was preceded in death by her father, Walt; mother Connie and brother Steve.

A memorial service to celebrate her amazing life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011, at Lake City Community Church, 6000 N. Ramsey in Coeur d'Alene, where she was heavily involved for more than a decade in ministry with children, youth and moms, as well as global and local mission, and small groups.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Stand Up to Cancer.
