Ivy Court conducts satisfaction survey for residents, family
Ivy Court, 2200 Ironwood Place in Coeur d'Alene, recently conducted a satisfaction survey for its residents and family members, in conjunction with My InnerView, an independent survey, research and data management firm.
The results of the survey indicate that 100 percent of respondents were satisfied overall with the services offered at the center and 98 percent of respondents would recommend the center to others.
"These survey results are a true reflection of the quality care we give at Ivy Court and the people who provide that care to our residents," said Gary Liesner, administrator. "All of our team members are passionate about patient care and customer service and our survey results are taken very seriously."
All current residents are surveyed each year to help both the center and the corporation gain feedback about the care and services residents receive. The information is then used to develop and implement quality improvement plans for both the center and the organization as a whole, which are designed to enhance the customers' experience.

'Vision to Action' special
event to be held Aug. 2
Ponderay calls itself the "little city with a big future," but what might that future look like?
Find out Tuesday, Aug. 2, at "Vision to Action: Unveiling Our Community's Future," a special event featuring professional artist's renderings of visions of the Pend d'Oreille Bay corridor.
The public is invited to attend the free reception from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Wiley Widgeon in the Elks Club, Highway 200 in Ponderay, where eight artist's renderings from last fall's Vision to Action workshop will be on display.
"Vision to Action" is an interactive tool provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Environmental Protection Agency to encourage and support sustainable community development efforts. The Corps sponsored workshops last fall when people from the Ponderay, Kootenai and Sandpoint areas sketched the future they envisioned for their communities.
If you have a new, relocated or expanded business, or announcement of events, promotions or awards, The Press wants to let our readers know.
