POT: House bill full of possibilities

I believe that you should do a story on HR 2306. This bill would end prohibition of marijuana. Ron Paul (R) is heading this with Barney Frank (D). This bill would leave it up to the states, and not the federal government, to control marijuana. So this would make the state money from the taxes on it, leave the police to take care of more important matters, lower the crime rate and keep many out of prison.
