RV: Outsider looking in

I am a full-time RVer. I have been coming to Coeur d'Alene for more than 15 years. I find Coeur d'Alene the nicest place to be in the summer and fall.

Question: How does Coeur d'Alene have or get $40 million to destroy a fully functional recreational facility to put in shops that are having a tough time as it is? I wish someone would give the gold VISA that has the statement going to the taxpayer to me. All the other city, county, federal entities are broke. I would like to know their secret. Is this shovel ready?

Someone told me that it was those Californians who like to spend what they do not have and miss what they screwed up. That cannot be true? Good Luck.
