CUTS: Simply follow the city

County Mulls Budget Cuts, what? What's the matter with Mr. Hayes? Just go see the Coeur d'Alene Mayor and City Council, they'll explain to him how to get money, it's easy. They've got millions burning a hole in their pockets. They've got enough to build a $40 million park that most of the taxpayers don't even want. I'm sure Ms. Bloem would explain to him how to do it without taxpayer money, too.

Mr. Hayes just needs one of those LCDC things. Then money falls out of the air. Taxpayers have nothing to do with it. Heck, the money the City Council has wasted on the McEuen Park so far would pay for the county parks for a couple years, maybe more. Why can't elected officials just talk to each other? I'm thinking Ms. Bloem could help Obama balance the budget. He needs to get him one of those LCDC funds, too.
