STOLEN: Widow hurt by flag theft

I came to this country as an immigrant in 1960. I loved this country from the moment I stepped off the boat.
I became an American citizen in 1963 and traveled overseas with my soldier husband. We spent 25 years in the Army and traveled to many countries. We flew the American flag wherever we went; I also flew the flag of the country of my birth.
In 1996 my husband passed from injuries he received in Vietnam. I have flown the flag every day since then to honor him. The night before the Fourth of July someone stole my two flags from my porch. It breaks my heart that someone has so little respect for the flag that they have to steal one from a widow of a veteran.
