CATHOLIC: Cartoon crossed the line

Is The Press contracted or otherwise under obligation to print every political "cartoon" provided by (I presume) the AP? Why is the July 3 insult necessary?

"Q. Why is the religion that still conducts exorcisms, views women as second-class citizens and birth control as unnecessary, having its leader tweet? A. It likes to keep up with the times."

This mockery was clearly devised by someone who knows nothing about Christianity, but is nevertheless consumed with hatred for it. His characterization of the faith is absurd. A religion that "keeps up with the times" is one that is firmly anchored in - nothing. Instead it morphs into whatever you want it to be at any particular time. It, therefore, has no affiliation with the truth. The poor soul who penned this "cartoon" is living proof of Jesus' words: "If the world hates you, know that it has hated Me before it hated you."
