Saturday

11:39 a.m.: A blue Big Horn raft and frame with a total value of $2,800 were reported stolen from a storage unit at a business located in the 6800 block of West Seltice Way near Post Falls.

4:25 p.m.: A tan plastic EZ Dock valued at $2,400 was reported stolen from the lakefront at a residence in the 3300 block of East Chinook Drive near Harrison.

JUDGMENTS

Citibank (South Dakota) N. A., v. Celeste F. Vaneaton, was awarded judgment of $5,268.66.

Citibank (South Dakota) N. A. v. Daniel L. Andrus, was awarded judgment of $6,940.64.

FIA. Card Services N. A., et al., v. Allen D. Tobiska, was awarded judgment of $5,041.81.

SENTENCINGS

Judge Fred Gibler

David T. Parent, 27, Rathdrum: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $765.50 in fines, $100 restitution and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Judge John Luster

Isaiah G. Snyder, 26, Coeur d'Alene: Three years determinate penitentiary time and five years indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for robbery.

Judge Patrick McFadden

Denise J. Bennett, 40, Rathdrum: 10 days in jail and $200 in fines for petit theft.

Maxwell D. Munson, 22, Coeur d'Alene: 90 days in jail with 77 days suspended and credit for time served, $200 in fines, $270 restitution and one year probation for malicious injury to property.

Judge Barry Watson

Mercedes Y. Carter, 19, Hayden: 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and credit for time served, $350 in fines and two years probation for petit theft.

Jeremy R. Albright, 20, Spokane: 30 days in jail, credit for time served and $200 in fines for obstructing officers and providing false information to an officer re: offense/identity.
