Cd'A City Council will consider LID

COEUR d'ALENE - The city of Coeur d'Alene will consider forming a local improvement district tonight to fund improvements on Government Way from Dalton to Hanley avenues.

City staff is requesting approval of an ordinance establishing LID 150 for the installation of water and sewer facilities on Government Way, Park and Sunup avenues.

The total project cost is estimated to be $450,000, including the share of the sewer facilities being constructed by the city of Dalton. The amount of the LID is about $215,000, with the water and wastewater utilities being funding the remaining amount.

It will go before the City Council at 6 tonight in the Community Room of the Coeur d'Alene Public Library.
