North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force seeks fugitive

The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Alicia Ruth Mead.

Mead, 25, is being sought based on a Kootenai County warrant charging Mead with delivery and conspiracy to deliver drugs. This is a western states extradition warrant with a $15,000 bond.

Mead is a white female, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 145 pounds, with blue eyes and red hair. She was last known to be living in the Hope and Spokane Valley areas.
