BOISE — The Idaho Lottery is preparing a check presentation in Boise for the second of two winners of last week's $380 Mega Millions jackpot.

The press conference will be at Idaho Lottery headquarters at 1 p.m. today.

The second winner, who purchased the ticket at a Post Falls outlet, has been a mystery ever since it was announced that both of the Mega Millions winners bought tickets in the Inland Northwest.

Jim McCullar, a retired Boeing worker from Ephrata, Wash., was the first winner to come froward.
