Zags freshman Hyland to transfer

SPOKANE - Gonzaga men's basketball freshman guard Keegan Hyland has returned to his home in Portland, Maine, to pursue future basketball endeavors, Bulldogs coach Mark Few said.

"We wish Keegan well," Few said. "He was a long way from home and I think he figured he would be more comfortable being back on the East Coast."

He informed the coaches late last week of his decision and returned home last Saturday.
