Bette Paullas, 82

Bette Lou Paullas, 82, of Coeur d'Alene, died Dec. 31, 2010, at Ivy Court in Coeur d'Alene. She was born Nov. 20, 1928, in Colville, Wash., to Oscar and June Peasley.

Bette grew up in Spokane and was married to Victor F. Paullas Jr. They made their home in Spokane and came to Dalton Gardens in 1961. Bette was a dietician at Pinewood Care Center for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband in 2000.

She is survived by two sons, Victor "Tad" Paullas III of Spokane, Wash., and Terry A. Paullas of Coeur d'Alene; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at Greenwood Memorial Terrace in Spokane. Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d'Alene, is in care of the arrangements.
