BUDGET: Reinvest in U.S., build jobs

In this time of difficulty and family worries, we need reinvestment in America to stabilize American families. This is the time to cut back on military adventurism and use the savings to rebuild America and create jobs. We cannot be what we should be by cutting back on programs that help American families and communities.
