HEALTH CARE: No rhyme or reason

"Obamacare" Regence Blue Shield of Idaho - My wife of almost 30 years and in good physical health has been covered by Regence for three years and has rarely used her coverage. Since she isn't covered by Medicare presently and pays her own monthly premiums, she recently received a letter from Regence from Lewiston. In their letter, they informed her that starting in March 2011, her coverage would be increased by an additional $319.95 without any explanation as to why. This health care coverage has gotten totally out of reality with such an enormous increase and no explanation why, other than greed.

My coverage in Kootenai County was cancelled for everyone as of the end of 2010, but we were given a two-month notice to start looking for another health care provider. I have Medicare eligibility, and have had for many years. I obtained new provider coverage in November and have better benefits for less and couldn't be happier. My coverage provides free attendance with an exercise gym as often as I wish to attend. I exercise three days a week now. This is preventive medicine and not reactive coverage.
