LEVY: Positives all the way
As a retired English teacher of 25 years and as a parent, I feel I am qualified to express an opinion concerning what qualities a good school district should possess. A strong administration and principals, qualified teachers and a hard working support staff are all necessary.
For the past 11 years since retirement I have supervised student teachers for the University of Idaho in almost every school and in many classrooms in District 271. This has been very rewarding as I've personally experienced great staffs working their hardest to provide quality educations. These schools are positive, well managed and innovative as they proceed with student education.
Based upon my experiences in District 271, I believe the upcoming levy in March deserves our support. I am going to vote for it. I hope everyone in favor of a good education does.
