PETS: Here's how you can help

Thank you to all who shared their concerns about the poor dog that was featured in The Press on Jan. 19. For all of those who feel a need to help the animals, one of the simple things you can do is donate some supplies to the Kootenai Humane Society.

The National Junior Honor Society of River City Middle School in Post Falls is having a drive to benefit the animals at the shelter. Pet food, blankets and cleaning supplies may be dropped off at our school from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the week days. Better yet, you can volunteer, be a foster parent, or even adopt one of the great animals available at the Humane Society!
