Dexter has been the general manager at the Lucky Friday silver mine in Mullan for the past decade.

Jordan has been the mine superintendent at the Lucky Friday mine for the past five years. He has 30 years experience in the mining industry.
Dexter will remain involved with Hecla, on a part-time basis, as a community relations representative and will be based in the Wallace office.
"We are grateful to Mike Dexter for his valuable contribution over the last two decades and leadership role in Hecla's legacy," said Phillips S. Baker, Jr., president and chief executive officer.
Baker said, "Not only has Lucky Friday been operating for 69 years, but with the current proposed development of the No. 4 shaft, the mine is expected to produce beyond 2030. This would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of Mike and his team."
Baker said the Hecla looks forward to working with Dexter as a community relations representative. He also congratulated Jordan on his new appointment.
